About Me

My name is Abigail Lafferty, and I am a Publicist at Pantelides PR & Consulting, based in West Palm Beach. I develop strategic media campaigns, craft compelling stories, and secure press placements that elevate brands, events, and community initiatives throughout South Florida and beyond.

Before transitioning into public relations, I worked in newsrooms across Central Florida, most recently as a Digital Content Producer at FOX 35 Orlando, where I wrote breaking news articles, edited video, managed social media platforms, and produced live streaming content. My background in journalism gives me a unique understanding of what media outlets are looking for, how newsrooms operate, and how to position stories that genuinely capture attention.

I am a graduate of the University of Central Florida’s Nicholson School of Communication with a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism and a minor in Event Management and Marketing.
